Tikka Spikes began manufacturing studs for car tyres back in 1959, the first in the world to do so. In more than 60 years, we have grown into one of the world’s largest manufacturer of tyre studs.

The entire production chain of tyre studs is in our own hands, from design and type approval to tool manufacturing and serial production. In this way, we stand behind our products one hundred percent.

Tikka Spikes is an independent, privately owned Finnish company, which is able to serve clients in tyre industry globally.

Environment and sustainability

We at Tikka Spikes adhere to the principle of continuous improvement in matters of quality, the environment and sustainability. We constantly develop all areas of our operations, also taking environmental aspects into account. Our environmental and sustainability activities take into account not only the effects of our industrial operations, but also the life cycle effects of studs and traffic safety.

We operate in accordance with the ISO 14001 environmental standard. We also maintain the quality of our operations in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality standard, for example.
